The Key West Lighthouse, located on Whitehead's Point.The lighthouse was built in 1848, after the first lighthouse was destroyed in a hurricane.  It was deactivated in 1969.

Key West

Every year I make a trip to Key West in December, stopping first in Fort Lauderdale. Key West has it's quirks,  and so do the people.  This sign, on Duval Street,  speaks volumes.
